Oh my God!! Where do I start? Maria was an ultimate blessing to our first time home buyer experience. Maria was very patient with me - I entered the market and then other commitments meant I had to pause awhile ( 6 months ) and then pick things up again. No pressure, but kept me appraised of state of market. Once my schedule freed up, she very patiently showed me numerous properties. We bid on a number of them but she was very disciplined about not letting me chase the market. Eventually we found a place where both numbers, location and condition of property all came together and our bid was accepted and we closed the deal, all very smoothly handled. Why 5s across all categories? Because Maria did and proactively stepped up when something needed to be done. I could go on about her knowledge and help, but all good real estate agents should already have this trait. What she had was compassion and concern about my family and getting them the best. Plus this was a probate sale and she was with us every step of the way. Especially since we couldn't sell it for 8 months because of the courts and probate process. Her patients and easy going demeanor help my family get through this difficult process, especially in Cali. She was great in telling us what we had to do to get the best sale and we did everything she said and it all worked out perfectly. Her companies she used to fix or repair or stage were good workers and did the job right the first time, plus they were all reasonable in price.
