Jack received his real estate license 5 years ago (before the age of 21) and has been in the assistance of completing a total of 60+ transactions. During the past 5 years, through both his negotiation and work experience, he has gained a knowledge of how to work with clients, especially first time home buyers, who would need more assistance than other buyers who have bought before. He was taught important tools and techniques such as: making comparative market analysis, understanding the structures of how different escrow processes can go and utilizing particular negotiation skills to work appropriately with clients of all ages and backgrounds. In this industry, he furthered his understanding by working as a Real Estate Assistant and assisted in marketing programs that create a presence on social media. In addition, he has gained countless experiences and knowledge through assisting other agents, lenders, and title representatives. These experiences have strengthened his skills of understanding how the flow of a real estate transaction is completed and what the steps necessary are for understanding and completing a transaction smoothly and swiftly.

As a caveat, I've known Jack and his family for awhile, but knew when I was ready to buy a house, Jack would be the first and only realtor I use because of the person he is and reasons below.After I initially contacted him, he responded in less than 12 hours. He immediately set me up on the Company system and started setting up showings over the weekend (a few days later). All I had to do was send him the addresses of places I was interested in, and Jack did the rest. He even set up a couple showings during the week after work, so I could get in early and beat the weekend "crowd". He is very flexible and will accommodate the client first. As we walked through listings, I would say what I like and dislike. He listens and is very attentive to the client's wants and needs. I went into contract quite quickly and Jack was a huge part of the reason. He was extremely communicative throughout the entire process, and provided timely responses to all my questions. As I have some real estate knowledge, there were things I was still clueless about as a first time home buyer. Jack is very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything happening beforehand in simple terms. He is always professional and respectful.
